Clicking on the Dr. Bean Live Customer Service icon will automatically bring up the Dr. Bean live interface on the customer's Web page. A Supersup.com customer service representative will greet the customer and the customer will then be able to ask questions directly to the representative in real-time. The representative will answer customer questions and can even guide the customer by pushing Web pages and other content directly onto the customer's Web page interface. Dr. Bean also allows tracking of customer inquiries, so that the representative can access historical data to better assist the customer.
