A New Zealand man has appeared in court .. over the death of a Canadian woman who was
severely burned with aviation fuel in the Northern Territory.

EDWARD JOHN WOODHOUSE LEE allegedly splashed a can filled with the fuel on CYNTHIA
CHING at Kings Creek Station .. southwest of Alice Springs .. in 2004.

He faced the Alice Springs Magistrates Court today .. where the matted was adjourned
until November 2.
